This is a super simple little smoothie recipe that features a creamy and sweet vanilla smoothie layered with chunks of fresh strawberries. You can adjust the amount of liquid in this to make the smoothie more or less runny, but this is a texture that worked well for me. I hope you love it!
Ingredients:
2 ice cubes (45g)
200g frozen banana
150g soy milk
20g vanilla protein powder
A large handful of fresh strawberries
Method:
Add banana, ice cubes, soy milk and protein powder to a blender and blend until smooth. Chop your strawberries, Add the strawberries to a glass and pour the smoothie on top. Top with some granola if desired. Enjoy!
