Easy, breezy, make-ahead strawberry chia pudding! This breakfast recipe is so simple but so good, and perfect for strawberry season which is this time of year in Norway. Prep this the night before and you have a perfect breakfast to just layer up and eat or take with you on the go in the morning!
Ingredients: 40g chia seeds
150g fresh strawberries
170g plant based milk
1/2tbsp maple syrup
Method:
Blend strawberries and milk, add to a bowl with chia seeds and maple syrup and soak for at least a few hours or overnight. Layer with granola and vegan yoghurt.
