When I realised it was 2023 I still hadn't made a recipe for a snickers smoothie bowl for the blog there was only one thing to do. So here it is, a recipe for the most classic and delicious of smoothie bowl combinations! I hope you give it a go and love it as much as I do.
Ingredients: 250g frozen banana chunks
1tbsp peanut butter
20g vegan salted caramel protein powder
Toppings: 10-20g melted vegan chocolate
1tbsp chopped peanuts
sliced fresh banana
Method:
Add banana, peanut butter and protein powder to a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl. Top with a drizzle of vegan chocolate, fresh banana and peanuts. I also sprinkled mine with some edible dried flower petals, but this is optional. Enjoy!
