Sometimes you just feel like treating yourself to a single waffle, and this recipe yields just that. Feel free to customize it by adding any toppings you'd like, the options are endless! Ingredients
20g all purpose flour
20g whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
8g vegan protein powder (use whatever flavour you like)
a pinch of salt
75g plant milk
Whisk all of your dry ingredients together before pouring in the plant milk and stirring until just combined. Grease your waffle iron and cook until there's no more steam coming out of the sides of it, then leave it to cook for a little longer to crisp up before removing from the iron. If you find the waffle is sticking and about to split when you try to open it, don't force it but give it a few more minutes to cook trough.
Top with coconut yoghurt, berries and maple syrup.
