These are probably the easiest protein bars I have ever made, and they're so addictive I can't go a day without them! I know I keep saying this about everything I make but honestly, if you want a quick and easy recipe that also tastes bomb this is the one for you.
Ingredients:
60g vegan salted caramel protein powder
40g almond flour
75g smooth peanut butter
50g rice malt syrup
35g coconut butter
20g plant milk
30g chopped vegan chocolate+ 40g chocolate for drizzling on top.
Combine everything well and press into a small baking dish/container lined with parchment paper (mine was about 15x15 cm, but you can use whatever you see fit). Leave in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes. Melt the remaining chocolate, spread on top and leave in the fridge to set before slicing. Enjoy!
