This smoothie bowl strikes the perfect balance between sweet and tangy, refreshing and creamy, smooth and crunchy. This super cute and pink raspberry white chocolate bowl has an almost cotton candy-like flavour and is a refreshing and delicious treat for both spring and summer! Hope you give it a go and love it as much as I do.
Ingredients:
250g frozen banana
80g frozen raspberries
30g white chocolate protein powder (I used Macro Mike. Can be substituted with a vanilla flavoured one)
Toppings: 20-40g vegan white chocolate
A handful frozen or fresh raspberries
A handful granola
Method:
Add all ingredients (not the toppings) to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until super smooth. Melt the vegan white chocolate in a bain-marie (bowl over a pot of simmering water) very carefully until just melted, making sure not to burn it. White chocolate can burn and crystallise very quickly. Transfer your smoothie to a bowl, drizzle on melted chocolate and add granola and raspberries to finish it off. Enjoy!
