A summery and fresh smoothie bowl is perfect for this time of year. I cannot get enough of smoothies and fruits during the warmer months myself, and if you're the same as me I'm sure you'll love this recipe!

Ingredients 1 kiwifruit
200g frozen banana
70g frozen mango
65g frozen raspberries
15g vegan vanilla/neutral tasting protein powder (optional)
Toppings
Granola
Sliced kiwifruit
Fresh berries
Method: Peel your kiwifruit and add to a high speed blender 0r food processor along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until super smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with granola, kiwi and berries. Enjoy!
