I’m so excited to be working with Cocobella on a regular basis moving forwards and will be bringing you a new delicious recipe in collaboration with them in my Instagram every month, and will also be adding them on the blog for your convenience.
The first one is this fabulous peanut butter and jelly chia pudding parfait from last month! (bit of a late upload I know).
Ingredients
Chia pudding:
50g chia
10g vegan vanilla protein (optional)
200g milk
30g raspberries
Other ingredients:
A few spoonfuls peanut butter
1/3cup raspberries
200g Cocobella vanilla coconut yoghurt
Fresh berries
Granola
Method
Mix all ingredients for the chia pudding together, make sure the raspberries are well mashed and incorporated. Leave to set for at least a few hours or ideally overnight. Layer in a jar with peanut butter, more mashed raspberries and coconut yoghurt. Top with granola, more coconut yoghurt and berries!
