This mango smoothie bowl is vegan, super easy to make and one of my favourite summer breakfasts. If you love mangoes this is one's for you!
Ingredients 170g frozen banana, 120g frozen mango and 15g vegan vanilla protein powder Suggested toppings: Berries, Chia and hemp seeds, Macadamia butter, Coconut yoghurt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender, transfer to a coconut bowl and top with either the suggested toppings or whatever you have on hand.
