(Ad) For November's Cocobella collaboration recipe on my Instagram page I decided to do some mango lassi overnight oats to celebrate the return of mango season here in Australia. If you're not familiar, the mango lassi is an absolutely delicious Indian drink typically made with mango, yoghurt and spices. If I could make everything I eat taste like a mango lassi I would, so consider this my first step towards that goal!
Ingredients:
100g mango
100g Cocobella mango coconut yoghurt
150g plant milk
1/2tsp cardamom
40g oats
Blend all the ingredients apart from the oats together until smooth. Add the oats to a bowl/jar and pour over the wet mix. Leave to soak overnight before serving up the next day with more coconut yoghurt and some fresh fruit.
