I'm not sure what it is about this time of year but I always dream of living in Canada as soon as fall hits. Along with this comes an obsession with maple-flavoured dessert and drinks, so please enjoy this iced maple latte as it really is the perfect fall flavoured treat!
Ingredients:
Ice cubes (enough to fill your glass)
1 double shot espresso
Approx 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
A sprinkle of cinnamon
Oat milk to top it up
a few tbsp whipped cream
Method:
Brew your espresso. Fill your glass with ice cubes and pour your espresso on top. Add a drizzle of maple syrup. Stir to combine. Add more ice cubes if needed and fill the glass almost to the top with oat milk. Spoon on some vegan whipped cream and add a sprinkle of cinnamon to finish it off. Enjoy!
