I love a make-ahead breakfast on busy mornings, and especially when it involves coffee! These oats taste like a refreshing iced latte but are a much more filling and nourishing way to start the day. If you're an iced coffee in the morning kind of person I highly recommend giving these a go.
Ingredients 40g quick oats 10g chia seeds
175g oat milk
1 shot espresso
10g maple syrup
Toppings
Plant based vanilla yoghurt
Chopped vegan chocolate
Method:
Mix all ingredients except for the toppings in a bowl or container and leave in the fridge overnight to set. In the morning, transfer to a bowl or glass and top with yoghurt and chopped chocolate! Enjoy.
