Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Who said you can't have cookie dough for breakfast! Well let's be honest this isn't actually cookie dough, but it sure tastes like it and it's SO dang delicious. Perfect for busy mornings when you're craving something sweet as it can be prepared the night before and just left in the fridge to set up overnight!

Ingredients: 40g oats

40g banana

120g soy milk

7g chia seeds

6g chopped chocolate

10g vanilla protein powder

a pinch of salt

Toppings:

1 handful granola

2 squares of chopped chocolate

1 spoonful of peanut butter


Method: Mash your banana and add to a jar with the oats, soy milk, chia seeds, chocolate, protein powder and salt. Combine well and leave in the fridge overnight. Transfer to a bowl the next day and top with more granola, chocolate and peanut butter.
