Summer is here, I've finally found frozen açaí at a norwegian grocery store and that means it's time for an açaí bowl recipe!
Ingredients:
150g frozen banana
100g frozen açaí
50g frozen mango
50g frozen blueberries
½ tbsp cocoa powder
12g choc protein powder
1 passion fruit
Method: Blend all ingredients in a blender until super smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with your favourite toppings, I recommend fresh summer fruits and some crunchy granola for this one.
