This chia pudding is a simple dish, yet so dang delicious it's almost unbelievable. Creamy, rich, sweet and delicious this breakfast is the ultimate comfort food for both hot and cold days. Ingredients: 45g chia seeds
200g sweetened soy milk
15g vegan protein powder (use any flavour you like, chocolate, vanilla or salted caramel would go well here)
7g cocoa powder
Suggested toppings: Fresh berries
Maple syrup
Granola
Peanut butter
Chocolate
Method: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or mason jar and rest in the fridge overnight. In the morning, give it another good mix and add to a bowl to serve. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
