I'm back at it with another acai bowl recipe, and as always it's a totally delicious one! I've worked hard to up my acai bowl repertoire while I still had access to high quality acai and fresh fruits in Australia so here's another one! Ingredients:
150g frozen banana
100g frozen acai puree
50g frozen mango
50g frozen blueberries
25g frozen raspberries
12g choc caramel protein powder (or sub this for 1tsp maca powder and 1tsp cocoa powder)
Toppings:
granola, mango, blueberries, peanut butter, coconut yoghurt, chia seeds and berries.
Method: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add to a bowl and top with whatever your heart desires! Or stick to the suggested toppings. All up to you ;)
