Ingredients:
40g quick oats
100g plant milk
100g water
a pinch cinnamon
a pinch salt
a splash maple syrup (to taste)
Cherry topping:
200g frozen sour cherries
0.5 tbsp corn starch
2tbsp granulated sugar
1tsp lemon juice
0.5tsp cinnamon
Other toppings Vegan granola
Maple syrup
Method: Add all ingredients for the cherry pie topping to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Simmer for a few minutes until thickened and set aside. Make your oats by adding all of your ingredients to a saucepan and simmering over low to medium heat while stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Once it has reached your desired texture, transfer to a bowl. Top with the cherry topping, vegan granola and maple syrup. Enjoy!
