Let's face it this recipe is more of a serving suggestion than an actual recipe, but nevertheless I really hope you give this a go if you've already made my cashew butter recipe because it truly is the bomb. If you're looking for a boujee make at home brunch dish that requires little effort this is it!
Ingredients:
4 slices of fresh white bread Fresh fruit (I recommend strawberries, blueberries or plums)
A few generous spoonfuls of cashew butter (approx 2 heaped teaspoons per slice)
Maple syrup
1 tbsp vegan butter
Fresh mint leaves
Method:
Melt butter in a pan and add your bread. Toast the bread in the pan on both sides over medium heat until golden. Feel free to add more butter as you flip the bread. Slice your fruit. Spoon on your cashew butter to each of the bread slices and top with fruit, mint leaves and a generous drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
