I can't actually get Biscoff in stores where I live, and so obviously I've now started ordering it online so I can start making recipes with it again. This smoothie bowl is almost more of a dessert than a breakfast, which is my favourite kind of food let's be honest. I hope you try this one and love it as much as I do!
Ingredients:
250g frozen banana chunks
20g vegan salted caramel protein powder
a pinch of salt
a splash of maple syrup
Toppings Biscoff cookies, Biscoff spread and vegan yoghurt
Method:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until super smooth. Transfer to a bowl, add vegan yoghurt, Biscoff cookies and Biscoff spread. Dig in!
