It's world porridge day so I'm bringing you this delicious bowl of cappuccino flavoured oats! Perfect for those early mornings when you want that extra pick me up, or when you need something warming and comforting. Ingredients:
40g quick oats
200g plant based milk (I recommend a sweetened soy milk or oatly barista)
1 tsp maple syrup
1 double shot espresso
shaved chocolate on top Toppings: A splash of plant based milk
Drizzle of cocoa powder
Chopped chocolate
Method:
Add the oats, soy milk, maple syrup and espresso to a saucepan. Simmer until it reaches your desired consistency. Add to a bowl, top with more plant based milk, add your toppings and enjoy.
