Delicious, creamy and super simple to make. This was made mainly because i needed a way to eat my new Pana cashew caramel spread that wasn't just straight from the jar, but it turned out so delicious I figured I had to share the recipe with all of you as well! Ingredients: 150g frozen banana
100g frozen blueberries
15g vegan protein powder (I suggest using a vanilla or caramel flavoured one, but you can also use vanilla extract)
a pinch cardamom + cinnamon
Suggested toppings: granola, Pana cashew caramel spread, blueberries
Making this is just as easy as any other smoothie, add it all to a blender or food processor, blend until super smooth and add to a bowl before topping with your favourite add-ons!
