I love love LOVE Norwegian wild blueberries (aka bilberries) and this smoothie bowl was a great way to get a big serving of these colourful delicious bad bois in. It's so fascinating to me how just three ingredients can make such a tasty breakfast but hey, I'm definitely not complaining. Note that if you're using the large, commercial kind of blueberries you probably won't get the same colour on your finished bowl, but I can guarantee it will still be delicious!
Ingredients:
170g frozen banana
80g frozen blueberries
15g salted caramel protein powder
Method:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Add to a bowl, top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
I like to add almond butter, vegan yoghurt and granola to mine but you can use whatever you have on hand.
