Easy to make, tasty and comforting - what more can you ask from a Veganuary recipe? I honestly didn't even expect this to turn out as good as it did, but now that I've made the recipe and had it for breakfast I can confirm that it is really really tasty. Ingredients:
40g quick oats
200g plant milk
10g vegan vanilla protein powder (optional, can sub for vanilla extract and a splash more maple syrup)
40g blackberries
1tsp cardamom
1tsp maple syrup
Toppings: Almond butter, seeds, maple + blackberries
Method: add all ingredients to a pot and simmer for a few minutes until it reaches your desired consistency.
