Everyone's favourite flavour meets everyone's favourite breakfast. Right? At least they're my faves. Easy to make but oh so delicious, this vegan Biscoff porridge is the perfect combo of simple and decadent. Give it a go, you won't regret it!
Ingredients:
40g quick oats
10g vegan protein powder (I recommend using a vanilla or caramel flavoured one)
100g soy milk
100g water
1tsp Lotus Biscoff spread
Method:
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer on low-medium heat until it reaches your desired texture. Add more water or soy milk if you find it gets too thick. Serve in a bowl with your favourite toppings! I used granola, warm blackberries and banana. Plus, extra Biscoff spread on top is a must.
