Biscoff for breakfast? Heck yes! These oats are super yummy and the perfect midday snack. I love having overnight oats for lunch and this just might be my new go-to recipe now! It's also great to make ahead bring with you to the office. I hope you try them out.
Ingredients:
10g vegan caramel protein
40g quick oats
10g chia seeds
200ml plant milk
½ tsp cinnamon
Toppings:
2tbsp Biscoff spread
vegan yoghurt
Biscoff cookies
chocolate chips
Method:
Mix all ingredients except the toppings in a jar and soak for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Transfer the mixture to your desired glass or jar, melt about 2 tbsp Biscoff spread and gently drizzle on top. Place back in fridge to harden for a few minutes. Add some chopped chocolate, vegan yoghurt and crumbled Biscoff cookies on top and enjoy!
