I found that this lasted me about 4 days, but this will depend on how many toppings you add and if you're having it as a snack or a meal. Ingredients:
120g chia seeds
480g soy milk
a splash of vanilla
Mix everything in a jar and leave overnight. Enjoy when you want with some granola, berries and nut butter of choice!
