There are few things in this world that can beat banana bread for breakfast. But if you wake up and crave banana bread one day and don't have time to make one, this is the perfect solution! Ready in about 10 minutes this porridge definitely hits satisfy the craving for that sweet, cinnamon-y banana goodness, well at least for a while until you have time to make a proper banana bread. Ingredients:
60g banana
40g oats
200g(200ml) soy milk
10g brown sugar
1tsp cinnamon
a splash of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Mash the banana and add to a pot along with the rest of your ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer until it reaches your desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and top with peanut butter, fresh or frozen blackberries and granola.
